Are there any buses in Las Vegas that will take me to Henderson?

I am going to Las Vegas in September, staying on the strip and I am interested in going to Henderson for half a day specifically The Green Valley Ranch. Are there any buses that will take me there or should I take a taxi. What would be best and how much should it cost. Thanks.
