What about if you in a car with them smoking but your just sitting in the backseat not smoking and you get pulled over?

My husband is trying to get custody of my children, he has a lawyer and i cannot afford one. I’m pretty sure just by that my chances of having my children are slim. I was wondering if anyone knows of any attorneys that are willing to take a case on a pro bono basis. I am in Las Vegas, Nevada.
