Residents of LV know there are no ‘loose’ slot machines, and experienced gamblers know slot machines are for people who intend to lose more often than win.

There are rumours of loose slots in Las Vegas all over, but the best spots are downtown Las Vegas, the paybacks there are better than on the strip as a general rule.
Also you may want to check out Station Casinos, they are rumored to currently have the loosest slots in Las Vegas.
