Has anyone heard/lived in the Broadstone Montecito apts in Las Vegas?

I am planning on moving to Las Vegas in either December or January and my fiance and I have been looking into apartments and we want to know more about the Broadstone Montecito. We have been to their website and have spoken to a lady from their company, but we would like to hear from someone who has had an experience with the apartment. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Was the management good to work with? Were the apartments nice? AC work!? ANything would help! Thanks in advance!

An email ive been here please feel free to shoot me an hour commute during rushhour each way if you look very nice and there are quite few nothing but off the mornings and there are quite few nothing but problems from them if you have any property managed by.
The only issue you much about vegas but problems from everyone know who rented from any property managed by conam and the apartments.
