How can I make my anniversary romantic in Las Vegas?
MySince asked:
I’ve been trying to find something romantic to do for my upcoming anniversary. I ran across this article http://www.freehoteldeals.net/romance-and-love/ that mentioned some romantic things that can be done in Las Vegas. Does anyone have any other romantic Las Vegas ideas?

Provide an ideal budget….there are lots of options…depends on your desired spending limits though.. in Vegas…”Money Talks”…so you can do practically anything….with the right funds. Oh a lower budget…creativity becomes a bit more important.
Example…Dinner at Mon Ami Gabi at the Paris hotel….on the outdoor patio…overlooking the Bellagio water fountains across the street…followed by a Limo ride down the strip…and a Gondola ride through the Venetian’s “canals”… followed by tickets to see Celine Dion or ???(whoever’s in town)….and returning to the room (ideally upgraded to at least a “mini suite” with a jacuzzi tub)…with Champagne or Wine and ??? waiting in the room. (It tricky, but you CAN get something delivered to the room when you aren’t there. Vegas is ‘weird’ about that.)
Just depends what you/she may be interested in…Let me know…I’ll give you step-by-step options…

Romance in Vegas? I might try to hit some spots off of the strip. It’s just clubs, gambling, and liquor. Unless ya’ll can afford a presidential suite! Sassy Superstarrah

Do things that you normally wouldn’t do at home, because of the kids. Go to one of the best hotels, get some nice lingerie, pull out a chair and do a sexy chair dance on the first night! LOL!!! Throughout the rest of your anniversary be spontaneous, there’s so much to do and see in Las Vegas. DivineFavor

We did Vegas for our anniversary. We did the Gondola ride at Venetian, ate a nice dinner at Delmonico, and stayed in a nice room at Venetian. We sat at Mon Ami Gabi and watched the Bellagio fountains. We ate at the restaurant in Stratosphere, at sunset.
As for shows, we saw a UFC event, which I wouldn’t really call romantic. LOL But there are some romantic-type shows, like O, Phantom of the Opera, etc. Melissa

I would eat at the Eiffel tower restaurant on top of Paris. I went there with my boyfriend and everyone there was just madly in love. It was expensive but good! Chloe

Vegas is for lovers! There is so much the two of you can do together in Vegas to enjoy your anniversary. I’d start with a nice hotel room on the strip, perhaps Paris. You can get discounted tickets to go to the top of the Eiffel Tower from staying in the hotel…I recommend going to the to of the the Tower for a breath taking view of the strip at dusk.
Definitely do an intimate dinner. My favorite is The Top of the World in the Stratosphere. Order some champagne and enjoy the revolving restaurant and the wonderful views of Vegas. Kimmi

You can do the Romance Package to the Venetian. It starts out at Madame Tussauds wax museum and then a romantic gondola ride and then finish with either a lunch or dinner at one of the famous restaurants at the Venetian. Here is the information. lvgeno

That site you looked at had some good suggestions. Whatever things you personally consider to be romantic should also be incorporated. i.e. Real rose petals may be romantic for some, but might mean a trip to walgreens for benadryl for someone else, so keep that in mind too. HerRoyalNess

There’s so much more to do in Vegas besides gamble but if the fire is still there the drive thru at McDonald’s can be romantic. Just go with the flow and enjoy the change of scenery. Infojunkie

Go on the gondola ride at The Venetian. I think Caesar’s is the hotel with a really cool inside park area. We took a picture in front of a love heart. Also see if you can “renew your vows” at one of the little chapels and dress up and have fun. JeJe
