divide number of MPG of your vehicle by the number of miles and multiply by at least 3.75 to be safe Mark bare naked

There is a VERY cool website that AAA has that will give you the exact calculations and cost. I found it for you here:
You type in your starting point, destination, and vehicle you are using and it will give you all the miles/cost, etc. that you need.
It is AWESOME!

It’s cheaper to fly and you get there a lot quicker. Are you sure you want to drive?
How many miles per gallon do you get on your car?
2,523 miles divided by (miles per gallon) x 3.15= amt you’ll need for gas money one way. You’ll have to double that if you’re driving back. veesmom

depends on your high way miles to the gallon a modern car should get about 28 miles to the gallon and a typical vehical holds 12 gallons about 90 gallons both ways at 3.15 283.50 each way 567 total on gasoline, however that doesn’t include any stops or trips Juleette
