How do I get from Las Vegas to Phoenix?
John K asked:
A rental car would be too expensive ($180) since I’m dropping the car off at phoenix and im not coming back to las vegas. The car trip takes 5 hrs and I dont wanna spend more than 7hrs riding over there so most busses are probably not an option. What could I do?

Place a BID online for a cheap airfare. There are alot of cheap tickets available online. With the Economy Vegas is struggling! MELISSA

Maybe not the best solution - but you could search for some kind of “share a ride” message board where someone is looking for passengers to help with the cost of travel?
Do they still HAVE those things? Brian

Well the buses don’t meet your 7 hour criteria. Greyhound has an early morning bus that takes 9:00 and an overnight that takes 8:40. During the day they have transfers that could add 3 or 4 hours to your trip.
=======
A plane is unlikely to come in cheaper including taxi fare unless you can get in and out of the airport via shuttle or public bus or have a friend pick you up or drop you off.
=======
If you really want to do this for $100 bucks then I think you just have to bite the bullet and grab a pillow and sleep on the bus. I don’t think a rideshare will be much cheaper, and it may involve more risk. Paco

Greyhound, megabus.com or fly over with a bid from priceline.com name your own price. Midweek cheaper than weekends. I’m Waiting My Turn.
