The larger the casino, and the higher the stakes are that they accept, the more cash they need to keep on hand.

the quote from oceans 11 is true - Nevada gaming law states they must have enough money to cover every chip on their floor -
it depends on the property - a big strip property like the bellagio or Caesars or similar it can be as high as the 100’s of millions depending on the weekend
most places in vegas however are not that well funded - all places are well into the millions Mrs. BonBon
