		<description>Still not enough information to give a good answer.  It depends on the house - what level of "stuff" you want to put into it.  It's a long list.
What you should do is have an architect produce drawings, then have 3 or more contractors bid on those drawings.  Then you'll know what it will cost - before building.  The only money spent will be on the architect.  If the prices are too high, you can change the drawings.
