I have a question about barbacks in las vegas nightclub ?

Great question: they usually handle the grunt work - beers, simple whiskeys - neat or on the rocks. Along with washing glasses and busing.
The porter handles the supplying of the bar.
Permits: standard - age, no criminal record, green card, etc.
Pay: What are you worth? Seriously, if you’re good let them know… if they offer less, it’s up to you. At the start it’s better to be in a good bar than to get good pay.
