		<description>Assuming you have redone a channel scan, my only other conclusion I could reach from the minimal information you have provided is that you need a better antenna. I would guess you probably either have an inside antenna, which is usually going to provide a terrible signal or that your outside antenna was not pointed in the direct of the channel 3 broadcast tower.
