		<description>That depends. if you are an employee; then that is against the law, if they want to provide training then they need to pay for it.  
If you are seen as an independent contractor then as contractor they may require you to have this training in order for them to "hire" your services, I  don't think that's illegal.&lt;a href="http://www.medicalsupplyservices.com/medical-supply-distributor.htm"&gt; tntsolid&lt;/a&gt;</description>

You may also want to talk with someone in the Federal Department of Labor to see if federal wage laws are being broken.
