Is there a large parking lot with little traffic to learn how to drive in Las Vegas?

My husband is teaching me how to drive, but we want to go to a parking lot where there’s not a lot of traffic where he can teach me how to drive, is there anywhere like that in Las Vegas?

The traffic why not find road that isnt heavily traveled and start there.
