Me and family plan to buy a house in Las Vegas as we travel there very often during holidays. We don’t plan to change our residency or nationality. Does anyone know what are the requirements to do this? Thanks a lot for your help.

    There are no restrictions to prevent you from buying. Contact a local real estate broker that works with foreign clients and they can help you at no charge to yourself. Contact me if you’d like more information on doing this. Cheers!
