Does anyone know of any apartments in las vegas that do not do credit checks?

I do not have the best of credit and would not like one done on myself due to wanting to purchase a car soon. I am willing to pay a deposit that is not to outrageous. Has anyone heard/lived in the Broadstone Montecito apts in Las Vegas?
