When will Las Vegas get back to the old,and become a place where there are winners again?

It seems that the 40 dollars of just a few years ago,wont even get decent dinner for 2. It seems to me that it was a much better town when the mob had control,and they knew how to treat there guests,instead of takeing your money,and giveing you the boot!
