What is the best area in Las Vegas to live?

I am considering relocating to Las Vegas with my wife and small child. I am self employed, so the unemployment rate is not an issue for us. However, we cannot decide on the best area… Summerlin, Green Valley, Rhodes Ranch, etc.
Anyone have any suggestions?
