How do I get from Las Vegas to Phoenix?

A rental car would be too expensive ($180) since I’m dropping the car off at phoenix and im not coming back to las vegas. The car trip takes 5 hrs and I dont wanna spend more than 7hrs riding over there so most busses are probably not an option. What could I do?
