I haven't lived in Las Vegas for 19 years, but there are a lot of areas in the Vegas Valley that allow horses. You can keep 2 horses on a half acre in Clark County. The closest place would be in Paradise Valley. It is very close to UNLV. Also west of I-15 between Warm Springs Rd and Blue Diamond. There is horse property in all parts of the Valley. Las Vegas was once a big cowboy town. horsybill
