What is the best way to get from Las Vegas to Laguna Beach without a car?
Eric asked:
I will be flying with my family to Las Vegas for a week, and I found out a few friends of mine from Europe will be flying to California at the same time. Needless to say we would like to meet there. They will be staying in Laguna Beach. Since they are new to the country, I would rather not have them try to navigate public transportation to Vegas. I am too young to rent a car and not so adept to public transportation myself. I am looking for the simplest and quickest way to get to Laguna Beach from the Strip either by train or bus. Any insight would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

You have two options.
1) Fly from McCarran Airport in Vegas to John Wayne Airport (SNA) in Orange County. From Orange County airport, take a Super Shuttle to Laguna Beach
2) Take the Greyhound Bus from Las Vegas to Anaheim or Santa Ana, then take a taxi to Laguna Beach Chip

No train service from Vegas, sorry. There is a Greyhound bus you catch downtown at Plaza. There is always a Southwest flight banananose_89117
