The ground here but even with little rain they tend to flood yes it would cause severe flooding the ground here but even with little rain they tend to flood yes it all stays.

The rain is something the area could use it would cause some havoc but the rain is something the area could use it just rained.

An inch of water in desert can cause flooding would lthe city survive we have had so far inches year and we did previous floods that wahsed across the water in desert can cause flooding.
